Although he was born in Greenville, South Carolina while his parents were stationed at Fort Donaldson Air Force Base, Dr. Mark has spent most of his life in the Akron area. He graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School in 1973.
Education
Dr. Mark attended the University of Akron and Kent State University before moving to Chicago to finish his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Lake Shore Campus. He then completed his graduate and post-graduate studies at Loyola University Maywood Campus, where he earned his dentistry degree in 1983 and his orthodontic certification in 1985.

Dr. Mark is a member of the Akron Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists, the Ohio Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.
Personal Life
Dr. Mark has three children – Analee, Dieter and Rupert. A dedicated family man, he enjoys spending much of his non-working time with his family. His outside interests include golf, skiing and traveling.
